This eco-friendly house is designed to fit into the landscape to combine architecture with nature. This home is partially in the ground and covered with a green-roof which provides natural insulation and prevents water runoff. Set in a field of a former farm we decided to let the field go natural and overgrown and set the house into its natural beauty. The tall grass and vegetation will encourage a new ecosystem for native animals and plants. As you walk around the interior of the house you will notice that is designed to capture the views of the sea, mountains and rolling hills.
