We offer you our online consultation service to talk through what you want to do with your home to make it the cosy place you want it to be. If you are planning a refresh or an extension we can help you through the maze and support you with our knowledge and expertise.

• 1 site visit

  We will go to your home to visit in person to meet and discuss the possibilities of a new design for your interior or exterior of your home. While there we will take photographs and ask important questions regarding your desires and aspirations of the future designs that we will work on together with you.  

• 3 online interior design consultations meetings
  The meeting  will be via Zoom with 1 our professional interior designer

• 1 consultation per room
  We will concentrate on 1 specific room  of your home providing innovative ideas to give your home that designer look you aspire too.

• 1 personalized Style Guide
  We will present to you a visual theme that evokes a specific mood by strategically using colour, space and style. 

• 1 floor plan & elevations
  We will present to you a floor plan with elevations of your space for a visual understanding of your room arrangement.

• 1 room 3D Visual
  You will receive a 3D model with the use of the SketchUp program. This is a 3D drawing program use as a guide to understand some of our design solutions presented to you.

• 1 furniture schedule
  We will provide you with a furniture schedule shopping list of items that you like. The schedule will give you the sizes, costings and where purchase all the items we provided you in the consultation. 

• 1 Free additional consultation Zoom call for every referral that converts to a paying client

We will give you the value of our expertise and experience to guide you to the create your perfect renovation or extension to your home.

By showing us your home in the walkthrough that we will do with you, we can advise on various decorative ideas and direct you as to how to achieve those ideas yourself.

In the case of a home extension we can help you navigate the maze, understand what your requirements need to be, and help you to communicate effectively with your contractor. By looking at your drawings with you we can interpret them for you and advise on various aspects of it

• ZOOM downloaded onto your phone and computer
• A Smartphone or electronic tablet with a camera attached to facilitate the walk through of your home with our designer
• A laptop computer or electronic tablet to view websites during the consultation.

No, not at all. We work with clients from New York City, to Dublin and Rural Ireland, and across Europe.

We will be communicating in English and all of the consultations are online, so a good broadband connection is helpful.

As an example of a current client, we are working with a lady in New York on a new build. We are able to go through her drawings and advise her where the space needs to be reconfigured in order to fit standard size furniture.

The cost of the consultations and the COHN Designers Pack is a total of €3,975.00
